Shipping and Return Policy

Processing time

All our products are handmade. Some handmade items require longer lead time. In general, leather and wood items are ready for shipping in 3-5 business days or less. Fitted table cover sets typically are ready to be shipped in 1-3 weeks. For additional details, see individual items. Or, contact us through the "chat" button. We are here to help with any questions you may have.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Boxwood & Mum is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at boxwoodandmum@gmail.com for return authorization. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed 3-5 days after the item is received and inspected by Boxwood & Mum. Buyer pays return shipping.

We offer refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 10 days from date of receipt.
